PCC1是由挪威婴儿配方奶粉生产商Nestle公司推出的一种抗衰老配方，全称为Proteins, Compliant to Cognition 1，意为“符合认知的蛋白1”。该配方可添加于奶粉或其他食品中，含有多种来自乳清和乳蛋白的对认知功能有益的氨基酸，如支链氨基酸、色氨酸和酪氨酸，以及脂肪酸、维生素E等抗氧化剂。
据称，PCC1配方能够延缓大脑的衰老过程、提高记忆力和注意力，对老年人和儿童的脑部健康有益。然而，尽管Nestle公司对PCC1做了广告宣传、进行了部分研究，但并没有足够的研究支持PCC1是一个有效的抗衰老配方。因此，使用前应该先咨询医生或者其他医学专家的建议。
