　　重置成本（Replacement Cost），现在重新购置同样资产或重新制造同样产品所需的全部成本。重置成本是一种现行成本，它和原始成本在资产取得当时是一致的。之后，由于物价的变动，同一资产或其等价物就可能需要用较多的或较少的交换价格才能获得。因此，重置成本表示当时取得同一资产或其等价物需要的交换价格。这种交换价格应该是从企业资产或劳务市场获得的成本价格，而不是从企业正常经营过程中通常出售其资产或劳务的市场中的销售价格。

　　计算公式为：被评估资产的价值=重置成本-累积应计损耗=重置成本-有形损耗-无形损耗（功能性损耗+经济性损耗）

　　重置成本分为复原重置成本和更新重置成本两种。
