锌元素对人体的作用有什么
锌元素一般具有促进大脑发育、促进人体生长、维持正常食欲等。
1.锌元素在大脑发育中起着重要作用，可以促进大脑生长，缺锌会导致儿童智力受损和智商低下。
2.锌元素在人体生长中起着重要作用，人类缺锌会导致发育迟缓、营养不良和发育迟缓。
3.缺锌会导致食欲不振，适当补充锌可以大大增加食欲，锌是人体必需的微量元素。
另外，锌元素是免疫器官胸腺发育的营养素，只有足够的锌才能保证胸腺的发育，正常分化T淋巴细胞，促进细胞免疫功能。
补锌并不是越多越好，患者应在正规医院通过检测，在医生的指导下补锌，避免出现锌过量或中毒。
