roast和grill的区别：
一.roast烘烤：是烘,一般是在烤箱里,不需要加液体和脂肪(油),如放在烤箱里或热煤附近通过干热烘烤；或是把肉类在烤箱中悬空吊着烤、或置放烤盘烤，像北京烤鸭（Beijing roast duck）就是用的这个单词；是专门指“烤”的单词，属于动词或形容词词性，用做名词专指烤肉、烧烤饭。
