roast和grill的区别:
一.roast烘烤:是烘,一般是在烤箱里,不需要加液体和脂肪(油),如放在烤箱里或热煤附近通过干热烘烤;或是把肉类在烤箱中悬空吊着烤、或置放烤盘烤,像北京烤鸭(Beijing roast duck)就是用的这个单词;是专门指“烤”的单词,属于动词或形容词词性,用做名词专指烤肉、烧烤饭。
