没什么害处的。
设为thermal cruise mode电脑会自动调节转速。
进入bios，有一项cpufan的选项，可以选择manual mode,thermal cruise mode，speed cruise mode三种模式。
手动模式(Manual mode)人设定固定值运转，与环境无关。
温度巡航模式（Thermal Cruise mode）风扇测CPU温度，根据温度自动调节转速。温度越高转速越快。
速度巡环模式（Speed Cruise mode）风扇测风速，根据风速自动调节转速。速度越低转速越快；很少会用用。
