很多公寓是学生公寓 所以都是学生 然后公寓定期会有组织的活动 如果感兴趣可以参加 想租墨尔本大学的学校公寓可以在官网上看
租期一般是有半年一年 部分公寓楼有三个月八个月等等这样的 户型呢也可根据你自己的需求选 studio就是个人单间 然后还有Twinshare 就是两个人share一间卧室 还有三四五人间（个人单间 share厨房客厅餐厅） 价格也是根据你的户型租期的不同而改变的 基本规律是租期越短越贵 人数越少越贵（比如单间最贵）

去那里租房？
可以在亿忆网yeeyi、小蜗牛等全中文网站找房子，各类长租短租都有。但很多都是来自“二房东”的房源。
“二房东”其实在澳洲很常见，就是房东和中介签约，租了一整套房子或公寓，再把其中一间租给租客，这就是二房东。很多留学生会选择找二房东租房，但需要注意，从二房东手里租房也应该签租房合同，这对房东和租客都是一种保障哟。
如果想要和同学一起take房子或者自己住的同学，可以直接找房屋中介租房，也会更有保障一些。大家可以在澳洲当地的租房网站：Domin、Realestate等网站来直接预约看房和中介签合同租房。
墨尔本有上百个区，而离City市中心较近的主要有：
Melbourne City（墨尔本市中心)，Docklands，North Melbourne, Carlton, Fitzroy,Brunswick, Carlton North, Fitzroy North, Northcote, Kensington,Flemington, Footscray, Port Melbourne, South Yarra, Richmond。
通常在这些区内，只需步行或搭乘几站Train/Tram就可以到达City或是RMIT、墨尔本大学等离市中心较近的学校。
墨尔本市中心商业区（Melbourne CBD）是唐人街所在的地方，同时也是著名的维多利亚州立图书馆和Flinders Station弗林德斯火车站的所在区域；因为离RMIT、墨尔本大学、莫纳什语言班都不远，很多初来乍到的小伙伴们都会选择住在City完成自己的过渡期。
Parkville区是高等学府墨尔本大学所在的地方，就在City的北边一点，离著名的维多利亚市场也不是很远；Carlton区是意大利餐馆和咖啡厅林立的地方，同时离墨尔本大学和RMIT也非常近，是很多海外留学生的首选区域之一。
