在Li-6400光合仪中，建立文件夹的步骤如下：
打开主机右侧的电源开关，仪器启动后将显示“Is the IRGA connected (Y/N)”选择Y。
选择“Factory default”或“他叶室(6400-02B红蓝光源)”，回车自动进入主菜单。
按F4进入“New Measurements”菜单，再按F1进入“Open Logfile”建立新文件。
输入自己设定的文件名，按回车键保存。
以上步骤完成后，就在Li-6400光合仪中建立了新的文件夹。
