镀锌钢板的分类？
电镀锌钢板；镀铝锌钢板；热镀锌钢板有什么区别？还有叫什么所谓的“大花”“小花”之分？
电镀锌钢板(SECC)：耐指纹，具有很优越的耐蚀性，而且保持了冷轧板的加工性。
用途：家电产品，电脑机壳以及一些门板与面板，上海宝钢可以生产，但锌层质量较国外差很多。
热浸锌钢板(SGCC)：国内尚无钢厂能生产出优质的材料，主要从国外进口的，台湾有chinasteel,shengyusteel
corporation两家能生产。主要的特性：1>耐蚀性；2>上漆性；3>成形性；4>点焊性。
用途：极为广泛,小家电产品，外观好的地方，但比SECC相比，其价格贵一些，很多厂家为节省成本均改用SECC。

还有就是可能通过其镀层来区分：如Z12表示双面镀层量总和120g/mm2

当然根据用途，可以选用不同种类的冷轧板，如做电锅的外锅就要用能做深抽的spce
颜色区分：
SPCC看上去很暗，－SB这种很亮所以叫金光板
SGCC我见过大部分是亮的，小锌花，其实很难看出锌花吧，大锌花很明显的可以看到那种六边形的花块
SGLC颜色上与SGCC差不多，但很显地有小的花斑，很好看的
SALD我见过与SGCC差多，但是感觉它要更亮些，有时很难区分的
SECC是这些中最容易区分的，它是那种灰色与以上四种均不同很容易区分
以上，是我个人亲眼看到，也许每个厂家的进料不一样，可能会不一样的
SPHC应该是steelplatehotrolledcommercial的缩写吧
H-hotrolled热轧钢板生产中有热轧和冷轧，冷轧是热轧的后续工艺，但热轧后的产品也可以成为最终产品的。
SPCC(单光片),SECC(电解片),是JIS(日本)标准.SECC还分好多种的，大约20多种。
一年前我可在采购这些东东。现在搞塑模，大概还记得一些，补充一下。
SECC和SGCC，老台分别叫EG,GI料。楼上的一位老兄说GI比EG贵，我接触的好像不是。EG通过电镀形成锌
层，GI是把钢板浸到融锌经成锌层。因此，EG比GI的镀锌效果好的多，加工成型性也好。锌花的大小和锌层厚度能说明镀锌质量的好坏，越小（到ZEROSPANGLE）越厚越好。当然，别忘了让厂家加耐指纹处理。
