完美主义的概念
完美主义被描述为“苛刻的要求” 和“与现实情境相比，要求自己或他人有更高的工作质量”。Burns认为，完美主义是一种“认知网络” ，包括期待、对事件的解释、自我评价、对他人的评价。
完美主义者设置并严格坚持不符合实际的高标准，并以是否达到这些标准来判断自我价值。Frost等人认为完美主义是”伴随着过度批评的自我评价而对工作设置过高标准”。
