HR五个发展阶段的简称?
第一阶段是培训与发展 T&D(Training & Development),主要研究培训人员的各种活动,1983年由Melagan提出该阶段模型。
第二阶段是人力资源发展HRD(Human Resource Development),包括培训与发展(T&D)、组织发展(Organization Development)、以及员工生涯发展( Career Development),1989年由Melagan提出第二阶段模型。
第三阶段是员工绩效提升HPI(Human Performance Improvement),或者叫绩效咨询(Performance Consulting),对影响员工绩效的各个方面者予以关注,并致力于员工绩效的提高,这一阶段的主要模型是由我在1996年在美国培训与发展协会ASTD(American Society for Training and Development)提出的。
第四阶段是学习绩效WLP(Workplace Learning Performance),人力资源开发专家更加关注培训带来的收益,并将人力资源开发的关注点从培训转向员工为主体的学习。
第五阶段是WL(Workplace Learner),这是刚刚兴起的发展方面,在这个阶段,人力资源开发专家致力于挖掘员工学习的动力,使他们成为更有效的学习者和知识消费者,使每个人者成为主动学习的人。目前国内公司在发展过程中越来越注重,尤其是人的,只是大多国内公司在这方面经验不足。
