　　RAB可以看作是UE与CN之间接入层向非接入层提供的业务（不关心该承载是以何种方式实现），主要用于用户数据的传输。RAB直接与UE业务相关，它涉及接入层各个协议模块，在空中接口上，RAB反映为无线承载（RB）。
